Our technicians are masters in all flat roof and shingle system applications, including EPDM Rubber, Modified Bitumen, Built-up Roof and Thermal Plastic (TPO), Architectural Sheet Metal and Shingles. TSR adheres to industry and manufacturer's guidelines for all new roofs, and re-roof installations.
TSR is licensed to install, maintain and repair all Elevate building products, GenFlex™ roofing systems and GAF™ commercial roofing products. With our licensure your roof will be inspected and approved for warranty by technical representative from Elevate, GenFlex, or GAF. Manufacturer’s warranties cover materials and labor.
We will work closely with your builders, architects and roofing system manufacturers to ensure that the system chosen meets your needs.
